In House Outbound Direct Marketing departments

Hello-

I am looking for other Tessitura organizations who run an IN HOUSE, Outbound telemarketing/direct marketing department. 

I am from a non profit, performaning arts venue, and would like to maybe ask specific questions on some Tessitura practices.

    We run on in house outbound telemarketing and telefunding room.  I am not sure what type of questions you have, but our callers are not using Tessitura.  I would be happy to answers any questions if I can.

    We also have an in-house campaign.  Lead generation is done through Tessitura as is the tracking of sales.  The callers do not have access to the database - just the lead sheets.  You are welcome to ask me specific questions at pgetman@lyricopera.org.

I'm happy to offer up my boss, Shawn Robertson, Ticket Sales Director for you to discuss this: srobertson@CenterTheatreGroup.org.  He oversees our Priority Services Department... and I know he won't mind me offering him up for your discussion!  :D
