Is anyone using the solicitation module outside of the Development department? We were thinking our Sales department could use it to manage their clients in the proposal/acceptance/delivery process. Does anyone have experience or ideas about this?
Our teleservices department uses solicitations to manage all of their calls. If you want more specific information about how we use it I can put you in contact with our teleservices manager.

Hi Boann. I'm the Inside Sales Manager at San Jose Repertory Theatre. Recently we moved into the 21st century (yea!) by using Tessitura for our telesales campaign. Each caller has a terminal and a list built from Tessitura. While this is light years ahead of printing 20,000 leads, I'm sure there are still ways to improve.
