We want to track our records that have run through the NCOA process. Is anyone marking an address on a Constituent record - that has been NCOA'd either with a Mail Purpose or another way .
Bob
We mark them with an attribute value. It has been very handy.

There are also two fields in t_address called [ncoa_session] and [ncoa_action]. Both hold an integer, and I think they are used in the standard NCOA utility.

We also mark them with an attribute, we use a custom report to mark each record.
