Hello all. Does anyone have a report on web sales, that breaks out purchases based on SYOS vs best seat? If so how did you get this data?

Does Tessitura even store that information, SYOS sale vs. best seat?
I think it depends on your website and how it is set up to look at these as there is no set way of reporting on this.
Ours come through into the Special Requests for the order and write a line into the notes field to tell us that the seats were purchased using SYOS. I can then query t_special_requests looking for orders with the specific notes field.
It's not ideal but it does work for us. If your website works in the same way, then would be happy to send the SQL code I have through to you.

So I'm wondering, for those out there whose websites can distinguish between the two, would you be willing to share what proportion of sales that could have SYOSed, chose to best available instead? I'm trying to figure out a baseline.
