Hi all,
I'm looking for any data anyone is willing to share that suggests SYOS increases sales. Is anybody willing to share any rough numbers?
We have had SYOS for quite a while, but I seem to remember a jump in sales when we first got it. More recently we redesigned our website and simplified the purchase path. What used to take many clicks through many pages is now managed in three steps that live on two pages. Since we have started using the new purchase path we are consistantly seeing an average of twice as many web sales. So SYOS is important (and we still use it), but our lesson learned is that simplified user experience for the whole purchase is very important as well.
Having talked to a number of license holders about this over the years since it was launched in 2003, I have most consistently heard them quote a bump of 8% to 12% and sometimes more. In other words if 30% online before SYOS, then 38% to 42% or so after implementation. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
