I would like to send a welcome package to all our new subscribers. I will need basic constituent information, and also the package they have purchased for next season and their seats. How I can pull this data?

The least technical way to do so would be to create a merge document in word with the layout that you prefer and just do a mail merge.

Hi Erika,
You can try the 'Subs Confirmation Notices' report in the 'Ticket Subscriptions Reports' folder. It has constituent name and address info, seat locations and package codes (no package name though).

Once you have run the report go to the menu and under 'File' you can select 'Save As' which will allow you to save the output to multiple formats including Excel. There is also a check box titled 'Include Data Labels' and if you check that box and save the output in Excel it will give you all the field names in the header for reference.Is that what you are looking for?
