I would like to send a welcome package to all our new subscribers. I will need basic constituent information, and also the package they have purchased for next season and their seats. How I can pull this data?
Hi Erika,
You can try the 'Subs Confirmation Notices' report against a list in the 'Ticket Subscriptions Reports' folder. It has constituent name and address info, seat locations and package codes (no package name though).
Any idea how to format it so that it doesn’t look so much like an invoice?

The least technical way to do so would be to create a merge document in word with the layout that you prefer and just do a mail merge.
Great! That’s what we thought – thanks for confirming that. Now we just need to find the field that will give us their seating placement.

Once you have run the report go to the menu and under 'File' you can select 'Save As' which will allow you to save the output to multiple formats including Excel. There is also a check box titled 'Include Data Labels' and if you check that box and save the output in Excel it will give you all the field names in the header for reference. Is that what you are looking for?
Cheers!
