Our question is: Do you have a staff person who's primary job function is Social Media? Or do you have more than one person who's primary job function is Social Media? That's it. That's all we want to know.
We don't have a position whose sole job is social media - we have a social media team (consisting of 3-4 staff members) that meets at least once a week and coordinates all our various campaigns. There are 'primary' contacts for different social media types, but they all have other jobs on top of those responsibilities.
