Wordfly emails - \A0 appearing in internal emails

Hi everyone

We have been seeing \A0 appearing in internal emails for a while now. Wordfly and our ICT team aren't able to work out a solution that everyone is happy with so I'm wondering whether any other Wordfly users have come across this and wouldn't mind dropping me a message please?

Wordfly tell us that other organisations have resolved it but won't tell us who!

Thanks very much!
