Hello! Does anyone have a dashboard they use to track Direct Mail responses in Analytics, based on List? I'm looking for a simple report that shows whether recipients on a list purchased something after receiving the piece in the mail.
Thanks for any advice! We're new to Tessitura and Analytics so I'm still learning my way around!
Hi Jean, My Analysis dashboards, which automate a lot of the post show analysis I used to do for Marketing, have a section with the DM analysis. All I have to do each show is update the lists, When I get back into Analytics I'll send you a copy if you like. (Analytics is a bit broken at the moment after our AWS migration)

Hi there, Heath Wilder, may I trouble you for that dashboard also? I've been wrestling with the same thing. You're approach of just updating the lists sounds like it's easier than the rabbit hole I was going down.

Yep of course.
The dashboard is long, and ever evolving due to it being about us and our metrics but i tend to duplicate and tinker after every production rather than spend days in excel pivots like i used to.
As soon as we get analytics back and working I'll send the dash and a screen unroll of what it looks like.

Sorry for the delay. Were just getting Analytics sorted out after the AWS migration and it's been crazy busy here.
Here is the Analysis dashboard and some results from 2019 (remember back when we used to have sales data?) There's a lot in that (for give that it's a bit of a mad scientists nightmare) but DMs are towards the bottom. Because they are DM, and obviously you can't see open rates etc, I've used the list we sent off to the mailing house for each segment as the criterion for the conversion.
