Abandoned cart triggered emails - who's doing it, is it worth doing?

Hi everyone,

Here in the Perth Tessitura Consoritum we're talking about the ability to do triggered emails for abandoned carts. I know it was quite a hot topic a few years ago but I haven't really heard much about it for a while.

Who of you are using abandoned cart triggered emails, and how successful is it for you? It seems there's a bit of work involved to get the triggered emails set up, so is it worth us exploring this further based on your experience?

  • This may be a silly question for everyone who's shared their process here -- but I'm curious as to how you're actually tracking your abandoned cart sessions. Are you using Prospect 2, Behavior Infuser, Salesforce, or some other method? Is there something in TNEW that tracks cart abandonment? Just curious!
