Selling tickets via API/3rd party ticket sites

Hi everyone,

We are exploring selling tickets via API through Tripadvisor and some of the other companies listed here on Tessitura's list of "alternative sales channels".

Are any of you selling tickets through API with any of these companies? Or, have you attempted to but found obstacles (internal, union box office, etc.)?

    We are considering Ingresso.  Is there anyone out there who is using Ingresso who would be willing to share a bit of time to let us know how things are going.  I'm wondering things like:

    1. How does the setup work for you?
      1. Do you use Allocations?
      2. Separate MOS
      3. Separate Price Types
      4. How are payments handled?
    2. How is Ingresso to work with?
    3. Do you run into problems with who is selling which product?
    4. How is payment handled?
