Behavior Infuser

Would love to hear from organizations that are using Capacity's Behavior Infuser tool. Particularly interested in how the data is stored on the back end and creative ways people might be using it, aside from just abandoned cart.

  • I'm also interested in hearing from anyone who has this set up and working. We've been working with the team there for quite some time to get it up and running, and it's not been an easy ride.

Reynaldi, I'll reach out to find a time that we can chat, happy to fill you in on how the data is stored on the back end. I've also been trying to think of interesting ways to use this data; I've already used it to troubleshoot an issue with a patron's password reset, actually.  (:

  • We've been using Behavior Infuser for Abandoned Cart and Abandoned Browse for just over a year now and it's been quite successful for us.

Recently we've just started using it to create "hot leads" for our subscription telesales campaigns. We regularly generate lists of people who have just visited our subscription pages and pass them along to our telemarketing team as being prime for a call. It's early days for us to know how successful the hot leads will be, but I know we have had some conversions from it already.

I'm happy to chat one on one if you'd like to discuss further.

  • Hi Michaela, curious as to what some of the challenges to get it set up were? Have you been able to get it running successfully? We don't have a system admin so we'd need to rely on Capacity and Tessitura to get the connection set up. Any insight before we take the leap would be appreciated!
