Does anyone know which MUSEUMS/ATTRACTIONS use Customer Service Issue's
and what they use them for?
We recently used CSIs for a event for youth that we sold through TNEW. We wanted to get the name and info of attendee even if an adult bought the ticket. We set up a custom form to capture the attendee's name, grade, school, email address, shirt size, and how they heard about the event.
