We are using CSI for at least the following.  (I’m not in front of Tessitura right now so, I cant get the whole list.)

• Gift Memberships sold through T-New
• Praise and complaints
• Group Sales interactions that have not yet resulted in an order

We recently used CSIs for a event for youth that we sold through TNEW. We wanted to get the name and info of attendee even if an adult bought the ticket. We set up a custom form to capture the attendee's name, grade, school, email address, shirt size, and how they heard about the event.
