We are looking at selling a 3 Play Choose Your Own Subscription for next season. The idea is to upgrade single ticket buyers into this and ultimatley into a 6 Play Seated Sub. Is anyone doing this? Are you allowing them to choose their own performances of the 3 productions or locking them into a performance (3rd Friday)? What are the pros and cons?

We also sell a variety of what we call 'Patron Choice' subscriptions. We ask people to pick a day/time series and select their plays ahead of time. Once they select plays we don't allow exchanges to a different show (in theory, there are always exceptions).
