We are looking at selling a 3 Play Choose Your Own Subscription for next season. The idea is to upgrade single ticket buyers into this and ultimatley into a 6 Play Seated Sub. Is anyone doing this? Are you allowing them to choose their own performances of the 3 productions or locking them into a performance (3rd Friday)? What are the pros and cons?

We sell a CYO as an NFS Package - the available performances are added to a performance group that is associated with the package.
The web displays the available performances. Because that display is dynamic, the Marketing Dept. can add / remove performances based on availability or demand at will.
