List by location of Sign Up

Hi Everyone,

We're looking at trying to pull some data on a campaign we have run and I can't seem to find a way to pull out all the constituents who signed up for email/registered on our website during a certain time period. Can anyone help?

I'm relativley new to Tessitura so maybe I'm missing something obvious but I didn't see anything on it in the help guides or here on the forum!

I thought it could be related to 'source' as the 'source' of our constituent records that come from the web is just web but I can't find a functionality in either list manager or extraction manager that will give me the answer!

Thanks in adanvce for any help!

Soph

  • In a previous role (which was in a consortium) we had to deal with a lot of duplicae merging (thank you internet!).  As well as this, we used to import a lot of data from external sources - such as the venue and other ticket resellers (Ticketmaster, Groupon et al).

We used an Attribute of "Original data source" and have corresponding values.  We had an overnight job that ran before the merge job which added the appropriate attribute/value for any record created that day by either human operator or our website.  After constituent or order import, the attribute was added as part of the process.  To find out where the person originally came from we just looked for the attribute with the earliest date.

Having said that, it was also interesting to note how the same person interacted with us via differing sources.
