Has anyone moved over to WordFly since the Mail2 "upgrade"? We are still experiencing problems with Mail2 and I'm interested in speaking with someone who has changed platforms. Thanks!
My understanding of Mail2 is that they are counting email addresses and not accounts. They don’t count hard bounces or unsubscribes.
Thanks Jamie for your input on that.

This answer perhaps sidesteps your primary question a bit, but I will say that I regularly run into discrepancies in unsubscribe permissions and such because WordFly's data sync declares success after it finds the first instance of an email address. With households and duplicate accounts using the same contact info, this ends up being a bit incomplete. We have a small list and the vast majority of our patrons are individuals only, so this is a small frustration (1-3 per campaign perhaps?) but might be more of a concern for larger organizations. I believe it's mostly a case of v12 enhancing options without a full catch up by the external program.
I would not consider this a deal breaker by any means, but it is something to be manually managed.
FYI - I know there has been some serious work on the MailChimp integration angle, in a way meant to be beneficial to all Tess orgs, and am looking forward to hearing the details of it at the conference.

Quick question for everyone on this. It’s my understanding that Mail2 manages accounts at the individual email level whereas WordFly works at the constituent level. Does anyone see any issues switching from one to other?

We are moving to WordFly starting with the new fiscal year. If you are considering it, they have a recorded webinar that describes the Tessitura integration. There are scheduled campaigns. It is a different method of creating these as you use lists/extractions and output sets to pull the custom data you want. Regarding the cost, Wordfly rates are significantly lower.

I'm interested to know this as well. We are also frustrated with the "upgrade" and the only thing holding me back from moving to another platform is cost and I also don't want to lose the ability to send automated campaigns like our pre- and post-performance emails. I was looking at MailChimp, but from what I can tell we would need to write our own custom integration.
