Has anyone recently upgraded their mail2 account to the new dashboard and encountered issues with Tessitura integration? Would love to chat if you have -- we upgraded a week ago and are still having issues, especially with scheduled campaigns.

Howard, We also have experienced a great many issues with Mail2 since updating, mostly related to importing issues, new tokens, and lackluster reporting. Overall I find the UX design very counterintuitive and miss a lot of the “retired features.” Our scheduled campaigns are up and running though. What have been your specific issues? Our only big one right now is we used to be able to pull in dynamic copy if someone was a subscriber vs. a single ticket buyer and I haven’t been able to get that working again. I’m supposed to schedule a call with Mail2 to figure this out, but from reading all these comments I’m not particularly hopeful. If you want to chat by email over by phone, please reach out. We moved to the hard stuff. Our scheduled campaigns in Mail2 have been down since our upgrade a few weeks ago. Mail2 understated how different the coding would need to be. Even they can't figure out all the coding to return us to the same info we were able to pull in the old version. Also, the reporting functionality in the new system is a huge downgrade. Is anyone else suffering from the lack of reporting info? This email was sent from my iPhone. Apologies for any typos. Here's a quirky error that we're having trouble replicating, and I'm curious if anyone else has seen it:
Twice now, we've had single campaigns, sent to a single contact (me) with no effort on my part. It doesn't mark as "sent", and the only record I have of it is that it landed in my inbox. If anyone has seen/troubleshooted anything similar, would love to know!
