re: Appeals/Outhouse Source Codes
I'm in my first week of Tessitura and so far have only really explored the appeals and reporting side, so excuse my lack of knowledge.
Is it possible to promote an appeal (outside source code) to an individual show?
Recent example: I had placed an ad on the front of the local press to advertise a specific show and wanted to monitor how many people purchased tickets as a result of that ad. I promoted the ad as a outside source code, however, the downside was that this code appeared as a option for the Box Office operatives to select on every show.
Obviously the more outside source codes I put into the system, the longer the list gets for the Box Office person to look at which is not ideal as they already have a generic list to choose from.
It would be great if there was a way of assigning an appeal to a specific show, so the Box Office operatives only ever get a few extra source codes on top of their generic list.
Can anyone help?

Hi Robert,
Kind of the opposite extreme is to create the outside source and then change the type to inside. This will cause the source not to show up in the source code list at all, but the downside is that it will require the box office to know the code for manual entry.
