Hi!
We're just getting into the magical world of triggered emails, and thought we had everything working (thanks to all who have pitched in with SQL and advice so far!!)...
But we're finding that our performance reminders list is pulling reminders for performances at multiple venues, despite the list being set up in Tessitura List Manager to filter down very specifically to one season at one venue.
This may be something others at consortiums have experienced... I hope so! Right now my best guess for fixing it is to attempt to add a list criteria element which will allow us to filter by venue/facility.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Something obvious I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

Hi Stacey,
Do you use Mail2? If so, have you explored using Scheduled Campaigns as opposed to Triggered emails?
There are 2 options - Performance Reminder and Custom View. I've gone with the latter because we stagger our reminders based on order date plus I've included a couple of other fields we wanted.
The performance reminder option can filter on a keyword if that is any help.
The documentation for set up is at http://mail2support.lynch2.com/customer/portal/articles/613890-custom-scheduled-campaign-setup
If you use Wordfly, hopefully someone else will respond.
Cheers,
Kevin
We use WordFly and re: perf reminders, I create a new custom view for each prod_season_no (only differing in that one detail), thus each associated triggered pull, list element, output set, etc., is limited to one facility.
Great information, thanks all!
We are using WordFly, and I currently have a separate list and output set for each venue (and likewise, each venue is using a separate campaign; in fact they are using completely separate instances of WordFly too!).
However, the lists and output sets are drawing from a single custom view... which might be the source of the problem.
Sounds like we will need to go at least a couple layers deeper with the custom view(s) we're using. I like Chris' suggestion, though I think I will try to get away with creating the views for season_no -- as we have dozens of prod_season_nos in any given year, and I'm it as far as manpower for creating these right now.
If anyone has other suggestions - or if someone at a consortium has already overcome this - I'd love to hear.
Thanks again!
