Has anyone come up with a satisfactory method for suppressing reservations from extractions for mailings?
To suppress anyone who already has tickets for whatever show the mailing is about, previously I've used a simple suppression segment: Tickets - Production | In | <show>
But I recently realised that because this information comes from the Ticket History tab, it isn't counting any reservations as they don't transfer to that tab until they're paid for. Has anyone come up with an easy way to suppress anyone with a reservation for the show? I can't even think where to start!

I've made us some custom criteria for this. They include:
GT: Held/Unpaid - Perf CodeGT: Held/Unpaid - Perf DateGT: Held/Unpaid - ProdGT: Held/Unpaid - Facility

Many thanks for the suggestion. This is a bit beyond my skills with Tessitura, but I've passed it to our resident Tess. wizard so hopefully he can make something of it! :)
