Finding Gift Certificate Numbers

Our gift cert design has the order# and cert#.  If you want to look at one individual you can pull up the original order and click on the order history tab.  Scroll over and you’ll see the cert#.  To see all valid gift certificates with names,#s , amounts and expir dates run the Gift Certificate Listing report under the Finance reports.

Recently we've come across a couple of gift certificate orders that were processed early on when we switched to Tessitura last year. Unfortunately, the staff members who processed the orders forgot to write down the gift certificate numbers at the time. Does anyone know of a way to look these up so we can process the gift certificates correctly?

You should have 2 transaction lines:

Are you able to see the numbers when running the GC Listing report?  If not I would contact support.

Unfortunately, though I'm seeing the 'Gift Certificate No' column using both methods, the field is blank. Any suggestions? I'm I know I'm in the correct order number, because the credit card charge is there.
