CC voided in Transcend but appearing as payment on Tess

I have one customer whose gift is showing up as processed in Tessitura, but it was voided by Transcend.  Everything is Tess shows it as a processed gift (auth #)  BUT we never got the money.   I'm at loss as how to fix it in Tess without skewing the dollars.

  • Did you go into Transcend to see if the transaction was just held?  If so, it’s easy to release it.

    If this happen to me, I would go into Transcend and run the gift amount manually so that the finance department would balance.
