Hi all,
We just had a situation where we noticed a credit did not go through. In Tessitura, it looks like everything worked; however, there is no record of the credit in Transcend at all.
I thought that Tessitura would not complete the transaction on its end if it did not work on the Transcend side. However, is that process more error-prone because there are no approval codes involved?
I'm just trying to understand how something like that could happen. Has anyone else experienced this before?

It’s rare but occasionally Transcend gets hung up and doesn’t process the transaction. Call them to look into it, they have a good support team 916-577-1315.
