Credit appearing in Tessitura, but not Transcend

I’ve had numerous problems with charges getting hung up in Transcend, though no credits per se.  If you do a power search for transactions you might find it and release it manually.  It’s status would be “held”, or something else other than “closed-settled”.

Hi all,

We just had a situation where we noticed a credit did not go through. In Tessitura, it looks like everything worked; however, there is no record of the credit in Transcend at all. 

I thought that Tessitura would not complete the transaction on its end if it did not work on the Transcend side. However, is that process more error-prone because there are no approval codes involved? 

I'm just trying to understand how something like that could happen. Has anyone else experienced this before?
