Hi, We are a non-profit museum that uses Tess and currently use QuickBooks Online. We have outgrown QB's and are looking at switching accounting software's. Our CFO wanted us to see what others are using as well as our policy requires us to look at 3 different quotes before we can make a request for larger purchases. We have demos set up with Activity HD Accounting Ware and Acumatica. We will need to use this system for PO's, AP, AR, Tess daily reporting as well as memberships/donations, budgeting, FA, and reporting. We know that Tess only integrates with Activity HD and while that would be a great feature it is not as necessary as being able to perform the necessary functions. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

We have been using Acumatica since 2020 and are still learning new things and building it out to this day. I love how highly customizable the system can be, but that can also be overwhelming when you just need to get things moving. The built-in reporting functionality is fine, but we use Velixo, a third-party system that integrates with Acumatica, to do all of our financial reporting in Excel which works wonderfully.
