We are interested in tracking revenue from playbill advertisements in Tessitura. Are there any organizations out there that do this and how do you do it?

We enter playbill advertisement revenue through the contributions module. Most of our advertisers pay in at least two installments, so this lets us schedule billing and to know when to expect the payments.

Hi Lucie.
I know this post was quite a while ago but I was wondering if you still use the contributions module for tracking ads. We use that here and it causes havoc with our DEVO department. We need to find another way. How does your Devo department deal with it if you still use the contribution screen?
