Playbill Revenue in Tessitura

We are interested in tracking revenue from playbill advertisements in Tessitura.  Are there any organizations out there that do this and how do you do it?

    We use fees (type user defined with user amount edit) for our publication advertising and it works well for us.

    We enter playbill advertisement revenue through the contributions module. Most of our advertisers pay in at least two installments, so this lets us schedule billing and to know when to expect the payments.

    Hi Lucie. 

    I know this post was quite a while ago but I was wondering if you still use the contributions module for tracking ads. We use that here and it causes havoc with our DEVO department. We need to find another way. How does your Devo department deal with it if you still use the contribution screen?

    Hi, Adria:

     

    We still use the contributions module to process all non-ticket money that flows through Tessitura (ads, rentals, young artist application fees, and the like). Development reports filter out those campaigns and funds.
