Hi All,
In addition to the 5 standard GLs associated with a Fund, is it possible to add additional GL fields? The Nonrestricted and Restricted GLs only work for us when we are entering a new contribution for a future fiscal year. When we are unrestricting the contribution, we have to manually edit the GL since we can't use the Nonrestricted GL at that time since the contribution has already been recognized when it was received.

We have the same issue. Unfortunately, we haven't found a good solution to this either. It would be great if they had two additional GL accounts per fund for Releases.

This is a great item to submit as an Enhancement and we have a less ephemeral way of doing that other than the forums. Whomever has a TASK login (used for support requests) in your organization can submit Enhancement requests as well. Just have them log in to TASK, and then click the link in the Enhancement Requests area (screen shot attached). That will get it onto the official Enhancement request list.
Ideas and requests like yours are what keep Tessitura a vibrant and relevant product, so I really encourage you to put this (and any other ideas) in as an Enhancement request. After all these years with Tessitura, both as a member and staff, it is one of my favorite things to do and see those ideas appear in future versions.

Hi, we're looking for something similar. Did your enhancement request get any traction?
I submitted the request but I haven't heard anything. Our next issue is that we are moving to Workday and our new GL codes are longer than the space allowed in Tessitura. I'm not sure if anyone has submitted an enhancement request for that yet.
