We are at a point where we need to upgrade our accounting software, and we are wondering what program other organizations are using and how happy they are with it. What features do you really like, and what features do you wish were better?

FYI just in case anyone was not aware- there is an annual voluntary census taken. One of the questions relates to accounting software. The census (called TessStats) is available at http://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/network/Learning/TessStats.aspx
