What accounting software do you use?

We are at a point where we need to upgrade our accounting software, and we are wondering what program other organizations are using and how happy they are with it.  What features do you really like, and what features do you wish were better?

    We use Sage MIP Fund Accounting, and like it very much.  I’d be happy to talk to you or answer any specific questions.
