Rogue GL Code

I'm wondering if anyone can help.

One of our finance team has a mismatch between the figures showing on reports and it is suspected that we may have attributed, at set up, a GL code to one or more price maps used for a different show than the one finance is reporting on.

Is there a quick and simple way of taking a look at all the price maps to which a GL Code is attributed.

Advice appreciated.

  • Paul,

We have a custom report that shows GL Audit History.  It displays the activity of the GL (New, Changed, Deleted), what the old GL was and the new GL if changed….and it shows what the record type is (price map, fund, etc) and it looks like the description of the price map or fund.

If you like a sample output, let me know and I’m happy to send and if it’s helpful, we can send you the files for the report.  I don’t believe there is anything hardcoded, so it should be pretty quick and easy to put into your environment.
