Resource Scheduling for Classes - Pros and Cons

Hello!

We are thinking of using Resource Scheduling, for room, supply and instructor management for our offering of art classes, and are looking for some feedback from anyone who is currently using it.

Specifically we were hoping to hear how these things work for you.  

• Initial Set up - Was it easy to do?  How time intensive is the set up?
• Changes/Amendments  -  for example changing an instructor or classroom assignment
• Cancellations - Is it a simple matter to cancel a room assisgnment
• Year over year, can you copy and reuse things from season to season
