In Person Summer Camp and Online Registration Forms

Hi everyone,

We are planning to do in-person summer camps for children. In the past we have sold these through TNEW and used form data to collect primary and secondary contact information( name, email address phone number) and the form data was put into a CSI. The summer camp staff used to have parents/guardians fill out paper medical forms etc when they arrived at the first day of camp. Our Education department wants to have these forms filled out electronically. Is anyone doing this either in TNEW or using some other online form tool that is COPPA  compliant?
