Hi everyone,
We are planning to do in-person summer camps for children. In the past we have sold these through TNEW and used form data to collect primary and secondary contact information( name, email address phone number) and the form data was put into a CSI. The summer camp staff used to have parents/guardians fill out paper medical forms etc when they arrived at the first day of camp. Our Education department wants to have these forms filled out electronically. Is anyone doing this either in TNEW or using some other online form tool that is COPPA compliant?

Charlotte - We use registration forms in TNEW to collect parent and student details, and then we use fillable PDFs uploaded to an account with Box.com for medical forms, etc.

One additional question - if all the information is mapped to a custom screen, do you have custom roster reports etc from that custom screen data?

We take extensive workshop and application details through TNEW forms. We now save all that data to a local table in the Tessitura database. The SSRS report from that is Education and Sys Admin Security Groups only.
