Class Roster report suggestions needed

One of our consortium members is doing education for the first time in Tessitura and they allow monthly payments for tuition and fees.  We successfully set up payment schedules (not invoicing) for these orders and thought we’d be able to use the attendance by performance report as a “class roster”.  However we’ve discovered only recipients who are paid in full appear on this report, not those with a balance due even if they are seated.

Can anyone suggest a report that could be used for class roster purposes – i.e. it has the name of the recipient versus the initiator/owner and includes ALL recipients regardless of payment status?

    Hi Barbara –

     

    We have a custom Class List report that ties into data from our custom student info screen as well as order recipient information. However, if you’re looking for out-of-the-box reporting, you might use the Performance Seating Book report… although I’m not sure if that looks at the recipient.
