Summer Camp Registration

I was wondering if anyone might be willing to share their approach to camp registration in Tessi. We are exploring the option for this summer (education is not yet fully incorporated into Tessi) and hoping we can at least get the basics set up. This does not need to be online at this point, but hopes for this in the future, too. I would appreciate any input as to how other organisations handle this. Thanks!

    Greetings, Tracey …

At Bass Hall we’re relatively new to Tessitura, and our Education manager is also wanting to use Tessitura for our summer education camps.

A favor (and favor in return):

As your begin your efforts, can you share your experience off-line?  We will do the same …

    Best Regards

  • 92Y sells a great deal of classes online, we have also been looking at integrating our summer camps but have found it to be a very cluncky process and not ideal for our camp managers. I'd love to join in this conversation as well.

  • Hi All,

It seems that this topic has a lot of interest!  As a co-chair for Team EDU for the upcoming TLCC conference, does anyone have specific areas/ideas we can explore in a session?  We have just started the process of planning the sessions, so now is the time to get the ideas out there!

Because there is so much interest in this topic, I would encourage the use of this forum to discuss your questions, successes, frustrations, etc.  Also, there are many Tessitura Network staff who monitor these pages and can weigh in with suggestions as well. As education users, we don't use these forums enough.  Let's change that!

And, if you haven't heard, TLCC 2014 will feature an expanded array of education sessions!  We would certainly hope to see a lot of you there.

    alex

Hi everyone, This looks like a great conversation to have, and since there’s so much interest, I wanted to jump in and offer to host if it would be helpful to facilitate this conversation using the Network’s GoToTraining service. I could then post a recording of the conversation for anyone who wasn’t able to attend. Our regular webinar slots are open on Wednesday, February 5th and Wednesday, February 12th at noon U.S. Eastern time. If you’re interested and respond with your availability, I’ll post a registration link for the date that works for the most people.
