Promotions Report

Hello Fellow Tessiturians,

Does anyone know of a report we can run that will capture responses to a promotion?

Many thanks,

Rosemary

  • Many thanks for all the responses, but I think I should have made my initial question clearer. At the moment we are using Wordfly for our eDM’s, and while Wordfly  gives us the number of hard& soft bounces, I want to run a report in Tess which shows  who those people are, which individuals  opened their email, etc. I know this information is stored in the contacts/promotions section of constituents’ records, but I want a report that will collate this info for me. Does anyone know of an out of the box report that will do this, or will I need to have a custom one made?

    Thanks folks.

There is not a report that will give you what you want.

You can get everyone in your 14 subsets on the same list if you want, though.  If all the different sources are all in the same appeal, just use the appeal criterion for the promotion.  If not, use an extraction set with a different segment for each source.

Ideally, I was hoping that there would be a report that would summarize all aspects (all promotions) within an appeal. So, since we have 14 subsets in our ask letters, I could create 14 lists, but I had hoped that just as "Revenue by Source and Appeal" reflects all promotion subsets, that there would be a report that does the same except with lines showing donor names and the amounts they'd given as a result of that promotion.

    Hi Alaina,

If you want to see who responded to a promotion, you can create a list using the promotion criteria.
