I understand that the transaction type "Gift Change" is used when adjusting a gift in a ticket order. The acknowledgement system doesn't recognize that transaction type is the rules setup, so an acknowledgement letter is not generated. Has anyone else experience this as a problem? Have you found a solution?

Hi Chuck,
We are on V10.1 and Acks are fine, however Gift Change doesn't appear on the New Contributions Report. Seems the gift itself wasn't changed (it was the tickets), is it OK to update the transaction type from Gift Change to Gift in T_TRANSACTION or is that a bad idea?
