Does anyone have a system in place that allows people who become members/donors on line the opportunity to instantly be recognized as a member in Tess and are then able to purchase tickets/qualify for discounts etc. at the same time they open/renew their memberships? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I believe that the TNEW and Tessitura Express Web software does this if you have it set-up. I'm currently in the process of looking into getting this set-up with our organization.
