Is there a way to print out a credit card receipt for a contribution, the same way we do for a ticket sale? A particular state agency won't simply accept a thank you letter as proof of payment.
Shelley, I'm not aware of a way to do this but...
If the gift has not yet been processed, you might consider a screen shot of the payment window after you click to authorize the payment.
Also, if its the only gift in the batch you could print a Posting Report - detailed which might give them the information they need, or maybe the Batch Payment Detail Report.Dale
