We are working in a Telefund campaign and we need to provide the calling company with 3 year history for donors, does any one know how to pull this information easily? (e.g.output set)
I tried the Patron call sheet report and it works fine but the only concern is that it doesn't include a phone number (which is necesary for a telefund) is there any way I can include the phone number on the report?
Hi Sandra,
The standard, canned “Patron Appeal Call Sheet” report has telephone numbers in the top left corner as well as the last 5 contributions. I hope this is helpful!

Ryan thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if our report is missing something but the phone numbers doesn't show up on it either. It appears the laber day phone and eve phone but doesn't pull the patron phone numbers.
How can I force the report to pull this?
Have you tried the Full Bio report? You can exclude the sections you don't need.
Our report doesn't allow me to select a list. The option is disabled. How can I enable it??
The list option is disabled when a customer number is entered in the Constituent ID field. Clear that field and the list option should become available.
