We are working in a Telefund campaign and we need to provide the calling company with 3 year history for donors, does any one know how to pull this information easily? (e.g.output set)
I tried the Patron call sheet report and it works fine but the only concern is that it doesn't include a phone number (which is necesary for a telefund) is there any way I can include the phone number on the report?
Hi Sandra,
The standard, canned “Patron Appeal Call Sheet” report has telephone numbers in the top left corner as well as the last 5 contributions. I hope this is helpful!

Ryan thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if our report is missing something but the phone numbers doesn't show up on it either. It appears the laber day phone and eve phone but doesn't pull the patron phone numbers.
How can I force the report to pull this?
Have you tried the Full Bio report? You can exclude the sections you don't need.
Our report doesn't allow me to select a list. The option is disabled. How can I enable it??
The list option is disabled when a customer number is entered in the Constituent ID field. Clear that field and the list option should become available.
Got it. But still it doesn't works for what I'm looking for, now is too much info to send to the calling company.

There is no way that I know of to force this report to give you phone numbers but it should be giving you some phone numbers. I'm guessing there is some kind of criteria in the report's stored procedure that is not compatible with the way you store your phone numbers.
Are you using the Patron Acquisition Call Sheet or the Patron Appeal Call Sheet?
I'm using both of them and I'm having the same issue on both.
I'm certainly not an expert here on how you can get these reports to work. I could be way off but my guess is that these reports are calling a stored procedure called AP_GET_PHONES which selects certain phone numbers for the report based on set criteria.
I think your best bet is to find a shared report that gives you what you need.

There is also a local stored procedure LP_GET_PHONES which can override the set of standard phone numbers returned from AP_GET_PHONES. Perhaps modifying this procedure might help?
