Promoted Source Shows Zero in # Contacts Field

I'm curious if anyone has experienced an issue where a list was promoted to a source but the contact count still shows as zero? I was auditing our appeals and we have some sources that are like this. If we doubleclick the "0", the popup box appears with the list of constituents -- and the source shows on their account in promotions. I don't know how to correct this as the field is no longer editable (I presume because Tess considers the source to be promoted already?) We're trying to analyze our revenue & ROI performance, so I'd love to get these source list counts corrected.
