Promoted Source Shows Zero in # Contacts Field

I'm curious if anyone has experienced an issue where a list was promoted to a source but the contact count still shows as zero? I was auditing our appeals and we have some sources that are like this. If we doubleclick the "0", the popup box appears with the list of constituents -- and the source shows on their account in promotions. I don't know how to correct this as the field is no longer editable (I presume because Tess considers the source to be promoted already?) We're trying to analyze our revenue & ROI performance, so I'd love to get these source list counts corrected.

  • Thanks so much, Gill! I was finally able to figure out what was happening. Team members were clicking the chicklet beside Source Name to select the list in List Manager when the Source Type was still set to OUTSIDE. While it allows you to pick the list, it does not pull the count through. We're checking with Tess team to see if there's a way to correct the count since it's no longer editable (and if you doubleclick the "0" in the count box, it pops up the list of people who do show the source promoted to their record. It's just that the list count is missing.
