NOW: Missing contributions....RE: missing sources?

Thank you.  That was what I overlooked.

However, I still have an issue I can’t track down.  We need to adjust a contribution that came in through the web.  Trouble is, NONE of the web contributions list in the Existing Contributions box.  Contributions DO show up in the account, but not when we try to make an adjustment.  I’ve double check permissions on channel, campaign, & appeal.  Again I ask, What am I missing? Forgetting? Overlooking?

If the usage on the source is set to Tkt, and not Cont or All it'll only show up in orders, not contributions.

Why would some outside sources not be valid for use in contribution editor?  I'm extra confused because I have outside sources set up same way in same appeal, and some of them are valid and some of them are not.  What am I missing?  Forgetting?  Overlooking?

    Contributions made through a ticket order, which is the case with contributions made on the web in web orders, can only be adjusted within the ticket order where the contribution was placed.  Contributions made in ticket orders will never appear for adjustment in the Contributions Editor.

     

    You would open the order in Ticket Orders, and click on the Contributions tab to adjust the amount of the contribution.
