Selling Unseated Gala Online with out Price Map

Hi there,

We're looking at selling our gala online. We want to:

  • Sell seats as GA
  • Leave the orders unseated.
  • Deactivate the price map. 

Has anyone sold a gala like this before? What pitfalls have you run into? Do you have any set up hacks?

    I'm interested to follow this thread, as I'm hoping to make some updates to how we sell our gala tickets. We've always used a 3rd party site like OneCause or MobileCause, and it creates so much double entry. I'd love to sell tickets on our own website. 

    I work in Development and used to work in a Box Office with Tessitura, but it's been many years. I assume you have different purchase levels for the gala. Could each price point be tied to a separate GA performance in Tess that you then later exchange into the actual performance?
