Has anyone used the RSVP functionality that Wordfly offers? We're considering purchasing it to streamline the RSVP process for our events, but I wanted to get a sense of whether or not it was worth it. Am I correct that it connects to Tessitura directly and allows the information to be updated directly? Or am I mistaken on that?
If you are talking about Wordfly Pages. It only seems to work with CSIs in a supported way. The ability to take an RSVP to Special Activities is/was in "Beta" and I've gotten reluctance on the part of the Tessitura Team to support this partially set of feature.
Here is a recent thread with the discussion.

Thanks, Tom, that's very good to know. So the information just gets stored in CSIs and/or the Wordfly Pages section in the custom tab? I agree with you that ideally it would get imported straight into activities, but having it somewhere in the record would still be helpful, even if it still requires manual work on our end.
Hi Colleen,
We use the special activities functionality. It works pretty well, though a few RSVPs ultimately do not get tracked (due to lack of match on email) and unsynced data isn't flagged. One drawback is that Wordfly doesn't have an auto-email for people; you have to separately set up a triggered email based on a Tess list; I would prefer if it were tied directly to the form people are RSVPing on. Another is that extra DBA coding is needed to make a date + activity name sync; otherwise you're using a new activity for every event.
Do you already have Wordfly? If not, I recommend looking at Prospect2's functionality. Of late it is looking to be the most well-done platform.
